Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Egg
Cornstarch
Vegetable oil
garlic salt
1 T red wine vinegar
2 T Soy Sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
6 T catsup
2 t accent
1 1/2 cup sugar
Dip chicken into egg and shake in cornstarch. Brown in hot oil. Sprinkle in garlic salt. Put in baking dish lined in foil. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
