1 pound chicken tenders or boneless skinless chicken breasts pieces
1 cup Catalina or French Salad Dressing
1 cup apricot jam
1 package onion soup mix or 2 T dehydrated onion
Red pepper flakes if desired
Throw all ingredients into a crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve over rice.
