Grandma Hazel's Relish

 8 cup peeled, ground cucumbers

1 cup peeled, ground onions

1 1/2  cup green pepper

1 bunch celery, ground 

1/4 cup salt.  Bring to boil.  Drain through a callinder.


Add 5 cups sugar

3 cups vinegar

1 T mustard seed

1 T celery seed

1 T turmeric

Boil all together for 15 minutes.  Fill bottles and seal.  Makes about 7-8 pints
