1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 T dried minced ionions
1 t salt
15oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup water
Combine beef, rice, onion and salt. Form into 1 inch balls. Place in cooking pan. Add tomatoes and water. Cover the pan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 20-25 minutes until cooked through
