Country Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 2 pkgs corn muffin mix, or 17 ounces of Bob's Red Mill
  • 2 C sour cream
  • 2 C butter (2 sticks), melted
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix everything but the cheese in a bowl. Pour into two greased baking dishes, 9x13.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favorite meal.

FREEZE ONE.... if there is any left!
