Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 2 pkgs corn muffin mix, or 17 ounces of Bob's Red Mill
- 2 C sour cream
- 2 C butter (2 sticks), melted
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix everything but the cheese in a bowl. Pour into two greased baking dishes, 9x13.
- Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 15 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite meal.
FREEZE ONE.... if there is any left!
