White Chocolate Chip Oreo Cookie

 

1 cup shortening

2 eggs

2 cups brown sugar

Beat well

3 ½ cups flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

¼ cup water

1 bag of white chocolate chips

20 oreos- crushed

 

Mix well.   Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes.
