6-8 boneless
skinless chicken breasts
1 cup
apricot-pineapple jam
1 cup
Catalina dressing
¼ cup dry
onion soup mix
Put chicken
breasts in a 9x13 pan. Mix all
ingredients together and pour over chicken.
If freezing see directions below.
Otherwise, cover and cook 1 ½ to 2 hours at 350 or until chicken is
done. Serve with rice.
FREEZING
You can
freeze this in a freezer bag or a disposable aluminum pan. You can also prepare in a slow cooker for 4-5
hours. Include a packet of rice.
