Mandarin Orange Chicken- Crockpot Style

5-6 small chicken breasts (or however much you need for your family)
6 oz orange juice concentrate
2/3 cup water...
2-3 tsp chicken bouillion (or 2 cubes)
1/2 cup green onions sliced thin
"Throw" it all in the crockpot and set on low for eight hours. Add the Mandarin oranges just before serving.
[Note: I will probably be thickening if needed, towards the last hour, with cornstarch.]
Serve over rice
