2 cups cooked rice
3 large eggs
3 cups whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 8x8 baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together rice, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon until well combined. Pour into baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir well and bake for 20 more minutes. Enjoy
