Jan's Hawaiian a Wedding cake

2 cups flour
 2cups sugar, 
2 tsp baking soda, stir with a fork so baking soda doesn't clump. Add two eggs, 1 can crushed pineapple (20oz) juice and all. 1cup coconut,  1cup chopped pecans. Bake 30 minutes @ 375 in a greased/floured 9x13" pan. Frost with cream cheese frosting. 1 pkg cream cheese, half cube of butter both at room temp. 1tsp vanilla, dash of salt, approximately three cups powdered sugar. Add or decrease piwdered sugar to get the consistency you like. Frost when cake is cool.
