**this is a dish that my Mom has made for ever and it's a definate favorite!**
Crust
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup nuts
Press into a 9x13 pan Bake at 350 for 15 minutes then cool.
Middle
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 of 13oz cool whip
Mix and spread over crust
Topping
Large Chocolate Instant Pudding made for Pie.
Pour over the middle part. Set in fridge for 5 minutes to set. Then put the rest of the cool whip on the top. YUMMY
