2 8 oz cans tomato sauce (divided)
2 7 3/4 ounce cans El Pata jalapeno salsa (divided)
2 cups brown sugar (divided)
1 Good size Pork Roast
Warm Tortilla's
Shredded Cheese
Other toppings of your choice
Mix 1 can of tomato sauce, 1 can El Pato and 1 cup brown sugar togehter. Pour over roast in a crock pot. Cook 8-10 hours on low.
Drain and shred pork, putting it back into the crock pot. Mix other can of tomato suace, El Pato and brown sugar in with the pork. Heat until hot. Serve on warm tortillas with shredded cheese and other toppings of your choice.
