Shannon's Enchilada's

Pkg of frozen Chicken
enchilada sauce
put in crockpot and let cook all day long.

When chicken is done and you are getting hungry because of the smell-
Drain chicken from enchilada sauce- but SAVE the sauce.
Take chicken and cool it, and then shred it.

Take sauce and put some in bottom of 9x13 pan. Get flour tortillas and roll them up with chicken inside. Place in pan. Continue until all your chicken is gone. Put cheese overtop and remaining sauce on top of tortilla's.

Cook at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve with sourcream, salad, extra cheese and milk!

***I usually make 2 pans. One pan I put right in the freezer for another time. When I'm ready to use it, I let it thaw all day long and then put in the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
