Lisa's Sugar Cookies

1 cup shortening

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp soda

4 tsp bk powd

4 1/2 cups flour

I roll out to about 1/3-1/2 inch thick. 350 for 10-11 min. Or if you're lazy like me I cook two pans at a time - switch spots after 6 min (12 min total). I do a cream cheese frosting-

1 cube butter

1 brick cream cheese

2 lb powd sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1-2 tsp milk
