Enchilada Casserole

Enchilada Casserole
1 (10.75 oz.) can of cream of mushroom soup

1 (15 oz.) can of enchilada sauce

2 c. cooked chicken breast, diced

1 c. cheddar cheese

3 1/2 c. tortilla chips, crushed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Pour the mixture in a greased 1.5-quart casserole dish.
Bake for 25 minutes.


Way yummy! Top with sour cream, lettuce, avacado's!
