This is from Kraft.... I plan on making it soon.
2 cups finely crushed prezels
1/2 cup sugar, divided
2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 pkg (8oz each) Cream cheese softened
2 T Milk
1 cup thawed cool whip
2 cups boiling water
1 6oz Strawberry Jello
1 1/2 cups cold water
4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Heat oven to 350. Mix pretzel crumbs, 1/4 cups sagar and butter. press onto 9x13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool
Beat cream cheese, sugar and milk until blended. Stir in cool whip. Spread over crust. Refrigerate.
Add boiling water to jello mix in large bowl. Stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or until thick. Stir in berreis, spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
